Open Source Medieval Fantasy Multiplayer Game application project in progress

why blitzmax?

its the software i have used. i am most familiar with it. maybe that advanced algorithms would require a higher language.

I have many ideas i wish to incorporate and try to make into this game app such as kingdom based medieval fantasy game servers & matches. I have been familiar and have used blitzbasic since early 2000 and it is my favorite development environment. Not including bitcoin, i have started a project what got leaked as The Servent engine i were working on with a partner and RealmCrafter which i was around but contributed very little.

This project is Realmcrafter/medieval Fantasy and blitzbasic/blitzmax inspired to release a complete game. i will be beginning vocation very soon and i may lose interest from time to time. I will develop if and when i can. it is only meant for fun.

This project titled MedievalDreams.io will be in development since i wish to try a interpretation of a 3d open world kingdoms strategy game written in blitzmax or equivalent possibly with LibSGD as the 3d API library and cryptography where applicable. This game project is my successor to realmcrafter and what realmcrafter was supposed to be in my opinion. its also my very first game project after decades of time. This project is also meant to be just for fun to play and for other people.

about me

Yes, i am the user who took on the pseudonym satoshi nakamoto in 2009. it began with a project i wanted to do and a group of us users. i coined the term bitcoin, i published the whitepaper with editing by others and i registered the first bitcoin website and mined the first block and all. I’ve even sent an amount approximately 3000 dollars in 2011 for bitcoin. i did not however retain any addresses or coin and i was not bitcoins lead developer, i asked for assistance creating a banking system/currency and i wanted to cryptographically link blocks together, that’s how it all started. i just happen to be the guy who leaked the source code in satoshi nakamoto’s name to Sourceforge, i had everybody’s consent except the lead developer who was not online. i ran bitcoin from 2009-2011 and left. what happened to the coin well there was serious hardware failure, i gave some of it away and deleted what i had left. the rest is a mystery. i am not a very skilled programmer at this time but coding is fun for me.

I’ve been into computer gaming and systems since 2000.
